A lighthearted 'meet-the-team' from Flats & General Management.

Nick Harvey is a member of RICS, specialising in lease extensions, enfranchisement’s and valuations. Nick also ensures that the company secretarial duties are fulfilled. It would be very easy for Nick to be buried under the deluge of leases, fortunately Nick is so tall it allows him to be easily identified under the pile of leases on his desk.

John Smith started working with Flats & General in September 2006 and has very quickly learnt the ropes in liasing with contractors and leaseholders alike. If you are looking for a little extra from your property manager speak to John and ask very nicely for a tip on the 3:30. John is the office’s very own racing pundit. (But be warned... the last two horses he told us about only had three legs)!

Barbara Rogers handles the accounts and payments for Flats & General Management, ensuring that all the suppliers payments are paid on time. Barbara keeps us entertained, she’s our little chatterbox. Barbara can keep her head down for about 10 minutes and then she will pop out from underneath her ledgers with some off-the-cuff comment, giving a bizarre twist to the world issue of the day, keeping us entertained for hours.

Heidi Harrison manages the accounts and service charges for the properties we look after, ensuring that the cashflows throughout the year. Heidi entertains with her tales of the projects that she is pursuing, the most unfulfilling being the renovation of her VW camper van and the development of the wreck of a house that she has bought..... Both of which we could say aren’t going well and as she says the reality and the dream are miles apart.

Clive Huggins (who seems to be permanently on holiday) is the power behind the organisation and has been working here in Bookham with our parent company since.... well.... forever. Clive is aiming for a world record, the fittest OAP in town, playing cricket, hockey and golf. We all aspire to be like Clive.... in an office all to ourselves or 'networking' on the golf course!
