First, I would like to reiterate how glad I am that we were able to settle our dispute regarding service charges. It was such a relief for us to be able to speak to somebody both attentive and professional and also fully knowing what he's talking about. Secondly, I did not think that things would move so quickly but we got an offer on our flat and I believe that we're going to accept it. You will therefore probably hear from our solicitors this week. I wanted to let you know in advance.

Many thanks for all the work that has gone into managing these properties. I have written today requesting renewal notice for our insurance on the flats. There are two other properties on the policy for which we will need to collect premiums, so as soon as we receive the renewal notice we will carry out the apportionment and forward full details to you, including the actual calculations so that you can collect contributions in time to pay premiums on 1 January.
Thanks for recent payments of ground rents. We confirm that this year unlike last, we will not be seeking to collect any payments from the Lessees, leaving all collections to you.
We are pleased to see that Mr ****'s list is getting shorter as the various works are being tackled.

I wanted to say what a big difference the steam cleaning has made to the exterior of the property. It looks much better and badly needed doing. The job was done well.

Just to confirm that the decoration and reparation due to damp treatments has been completed – and is a very nice job indeed!
