As well maintaining statutory books and sending off Annual Returns to Companies House. As part of this service we will also provide directors with monthly or quarterly cash-flows, keeping you informed and up to date on how we are performing against the prepared budgets. Flats & General Management will also ensure that your properties conform to the regulations and legislation regarding Health and Safety and HMOs. All of our property and block management is compliant with the RICS Management Code for Residential Properties and we are also bound by the strict accounting regulations of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, which governs the administration of client's money.
